St. John Church is situated in the Twin Peaks region and is placed on the top of the second highest hill of San Francisco. Despite that the church was constructed and sanctified in 1957 the spiritual organization named St. John was established earlier. Since 1942 the church holds the annual Armenian cuisine festival.
