Caviar restaurant “Petrossian” was opened in West Hollywood in 2001 and is a branch of famous “Petrossian” chain founded by Armenian immigrants Mikael and Melkum brothers in France. The “la Times” magazine named “Petrossian” as one of the best Grand Restaurants in Los Angeles.
