The restaurant “Noah’s Arc” situated in the center of Moscow and not far from St Petr and Pavel cathedral,was opened in 1999. Interior of the restaurant is decorated with carved bas-relief and golden engraving. As a main dish one can taste okroshka or kololak (a soup made from beef bouillon with meatballs) and sterlet fillet in lavash or tdjvdjik (a dish made from braised beef liver) as a side dish. As a dessert one should order fruits staffed with nuts and cinnamon and called “Gifts of Ararat valley”.
