The fountain is a smaller reproduction of Tsitsernakaberd in Yerevan and was built on initiative of Armenian community in Argentina. The Fountain is situated in Armenian district of Palermo quarter not far from St Astvatsatsin cathedral on plazoleta of Mount Ararat.
