The plaque was installed on initiative of Armenian community in Argentinian city Rosario on July 30 2005. Its opening was dedicated to 90th year of Armenian genocide. The plaque says “From Armenian community of Rosario to 90th anniversary of 1 500 000 victims of Armenian genocide by Turks .1915-2005.”. The memorial is situated in the Las Colectividades Park in the Parana River bank.
