The art gallery was opened in 2011 by businessman and arts critic Armen Mkrtcyan who by that had a solid experience in organizing art exhibitions in Armenia and abroad. The gallery’s specialty is paintings of Armenian artists. The masterpieces of great painters such as Arshil Gokiy, Eduard Artsruniac and Ashot Hovhannisyan were exposed in “Mkrtchyan” gallery.
